September 2011 meeting

Postby David Miller » Thu Aug 25, 2011 8:42 pm

Anyone want to give a talk?

I know that Charles is interested in QT. Charles, maybe you'd like to show us how to do a "hello world" program with the library?

If no one else wants to prepare a presentation I will be happy to do a presentation on puppet.

I am starting to experiment with puppet to manage a large group of servers, both real and virtual and doing a presentation would give me an excuse to really learn it :)

hey david,

my problem is that I don't have a mobil computer.
with wifi, there is a youtube video on a hello world using qt.
I thought the first presentation would be an install of qt.
using qt asumes one is a c++ wizard which I still strugle with.

later,
charles....
