clear usb wimax isp

hello everybody ,
I've been to a couple of meetings years ago and it was fun ! now im back and have alot of free time
due to illness (long story) but im fine now .Its all good !anyways i have clear wireless usb 4g wimax . can i run linux on that isp ? just wondering . they have win / mac wares but no linux !!! im fiending out !!! please help !

It's possible that it will appear as some kind of nic that linux can handle, but I have no idea. Just plug it in and see what happens.

Martin,

I have Clear USB Wimax too, and so far haven't been able to get it to run under Fedora. I'll admit that hardware support is not my strong suit at all, though, and I haven't made a lot of effort to fix it. I'll try looking into it, and let you know if I found out anything. Let me know if you get it working!
